Refund & Cancellation Policy – White Eye Travel Designs LLP

At White Eye Travel Designs LLP, we strive to design exceptional and seamless travel experiences. As each journey involves carefully coordinated services, accommodations, and third-party arrangements, our refund and cancellation policies reflect the commitments made on behalf of our guests.

Please read the policy below to understand how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.

1. General Booking & Payment Terms

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Certain services (such as flights, safaris, permits, special experiences, and luxury accommodations) may require full payment at the time of booking and may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.
  • Guests will be informed of specific non-refundable components at the time of confirmation.

2. Cancellation by the Guest

If a guest wishes to cancel their journey, the following general rules apply unless otherwise specified in the itinerary or supplier terms:

Standard Cancellation Charges

  • More than 60 days before travel: Refundable after deducting administrative fees and any non-refundable supplier costs.
  • 31–60 days before travel: Up to 50% of the total trip cost may be non-refundable.
  • 15–30 days before travel: Up to 75% of the total trip cost may be non-refundable.
  • 0–14 days before travel: The booking is non-refundable.

Note: Actual refunds depend entirely on the policies of hotels, airlines, safari parks, activity providers, and other partners involved in the itinerary.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are typically fully non-refundable once booked:

  • Domestic & international flight tickets
  • Wildlife safaris and park permits
  • Train tickets
  • Visa services
  • Special event tickets and experiences
  • Peak-season hotel bookings
  • Any service clearly marked as “non-refundable” in the proposal or invoice

4. Changes or Amendments to Bookings

  • Any change requested after confirmation is subject to availability and supplier approval.
  • Changes may incur amendment fees charged either by White Eye Travel Designs LLP or by third-party suppliers.
  • If a change is not possible, the original booking’s cancellation rules will apply.

5. Cancellation or Modifications by White Eye Travel Designs LLP

White Eye Travel Designs LLP reserves the right to modify or cancel travel arrangements in circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days, depending on banking channels and supplier settlement timelines.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment.
